Can you ship commercial printing outside of New England?

Yes. Commercial Printing orders are produced at our own Massachusetts facility and shipped UPS to any U.S. address. Shipping is quoted on the real weight and carton size of your job, so you only pay what the freight actually costs. Local pickup is always free if you're nearby.

How do I order commercial printing online?

Upload your artwork on our Send a File page or attach it to a quote request. We check the file, email you a proof or a note if anything needs adjusting, and confirm price, finishing and ship date before we print. Nothing goes on press until you approve it.

How long does commercial printing take?

Most commercial printing orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days of proof approval, with larger runs and heavy finishing quoted individually. We put the ship date in writing with your quote.

How much do business cards cost?

Standard 2"x3.5" Full-Color Business Cards on 14pt gloss cover with UV Coating start at about $60 for 250, $75 for 500 and $99 for 1,000 — Single-Sided. Double-sided adds roughly $20–$30. Premium 16pt Stock and Spot-UV upgrades are available; pricing scales down meaningfully at 2,500+. Less expensive options on 110lb Matte Cover start at $46.50 for 250, $62.50 for 500, $85.50 for 1,000 for Single-Sided. Double-Sided additional $15–$40. Additional charges for Bleeds and Round Cornering. Order as few as 100 Business Cards — Same Day Rush Service available on 110lb Matte Cover options.

What are your standard brochure sizes and turnaround?

We print 8.5x11 tri-fold and bi-fold brochures, 11x17 folded to 8.5x11 booklets, 9x12 sell sheets, and 4x9 rack cards. Most brochure jobs ship in 3–5 business days after proof approval on 100lb gloss or matte text — rush turnaround is available for an additional fee.

Do you offer booklet printing and book binding?

Yes — booklets, manuals, catalogs and handbooks are printed and bound in-house. Choose saddle-stitched books for programs and catalogs up to about 80 pages, spiral bound books for manuals and training guides that need to lie flat, or GBC comb-bound books for proposals and handbooks you may update later. There is no minimum quantity — one book or a thousand.

Do you print letterhead and matching envelopes?

Yes — full-color or 1/2 color letterhead on 24lb or 28lb white or natural stock, plus matched #10 envelopes (regular or window). Re-orders pull from our archived art so colors and layout stay identical run-to-run.

What's the minimum order for postcards?

There's no hard minimum — we'll run as few as 50 — but pricing breaks come at 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500. Standard sizes are 4x6, 5x7, 6x9 and 6x11 (EDDM-ready) on 14pt or 16pt cover with optional UV coating.

Can you match a Pantone color?

Our digital presses produce excellent PMS simulations for most spot colors; for critical brand colors we'll print a press proof first. True offset PMS printing is available for larger runs — ask for a quote.

What file format do you need?

Press-ready PDF with 1/8" bleed and crop marks is ideal. We also accept InDesign packaged files, high-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI) and Canva PDF exports. Email files to info@weprinttoday.com or use the Send a File page.
